This project was particularly interesting because it perfectly illustrates our approach at ODA: adapting not only to clients, their needs, and their desires, but also to the environment in which the project is located.
This house, located across from the beach, offered great potential from the outset.
With a surface area of 64 m², it consists of a living room on the ground floor and bedrooms upstairs.
As space was limited, we had to combine design and functionality.
For example, there was not enough room for a separate kitchen, dining room, and living room. So we designed a custom-made table with organic shapes, integrated into the central island to create a dining area that is both practical and aesthetic.
The materials were carefully chosen to evoke the beach environment—light wood, sand tones, and natural textures—to create a soft, warm, and authentic atmosphere.
