1 Hour Design & 3D Project

 

​This project combines our “1 Hour Deco” service with 3D rendering.

The clients, who were looking to sell their apartment, wanted to showcase the property's potential during viewings using immersive and attractive visuals.

 

They therefore chose the 1 Hour Deco service, which provides a 2D layout sketch illustrating creative ideas, traffic flow, and visual diagonals within the space.

To make the presentation even more compelling, we also created four 3D renderings showcasing different rooms in the apartment.

 

This project was particularly interesting because it perfectly illustrates how to combine these two independent services to enhance the value of a property and help future buyers visualize themselves living there.
