The “1 Hour Design” service lives up to its name... for customers! In reality, it is a much more comprehensive service provided by ODA to lay solid foundations for a future design or renovation project.

 

This service includes:

- An on-site appointment lasting around 1 hour to meet with customers and discuss their desires, needs, constraints, and budget.

- A scan of the property at the end of the appointment to obtain an accurate basis for the rest of the work.

 

Based on this information, ODA produces:

- A preliminary draft plan, outlining the proposed design,

- A mood board illustrating the atmosphere and ideas

- An overall budget estimate, providing a clear idea of the cost of the work or development to be planned.

 

This service is ideal for clients who want to quickly obtain concrete, visual, and costed ideas before embarking on a full study or work.
